Fair use for SMS and calls
Quotas are not prepaid credits, and going over never cuts you off silently. Delivery shifts step by step, and the incident timeline records every alert that went out on another channel.

Frequently asked questions
What does fair use mean for SMS and calls?
Each plan includes a monthly SMS and call quota. At 80% of it the organisation owner is warned. From 100%, only the first SMS or call per recipient for each incident change goes by phone, and everything else goes by e-mail or Telegram. At 300%, no SMS or calls are sent until next month.
What happens to alerts when I reach the limit?
They are never silently dropped. An alert that cannot go by phone is sent on your other channels instead, and the incident timeline says which alert moved and why.
Does the Free plan include SMS and phone calls?
Yes. Free includes 10 SMS and 3 calls a month, under the same fair-use rules as the paid plans.
Which phone numbers can receive SMS and calls?
Only Turkish mobile numbers (+90) that have been confirmed on that phone. Each user adds their own number in their profile; it gets one SMS with a link, and its holder reads the KVKK privacy notice and accepts. Nothing else is sent to the number before that, nobody can add a number for somebody else, and replying STOP blocks it.
Do verification messages count toward the quota?
No. The confirmation SMS sent when a number is added never counts.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for ten months and get twelve: two months free. The yearly price is charged once at the start of the year.
Do prices include VAT? Do I get an invoice?
Prices are in Turkish lira and exclude 20% VAT (KDV), which is added at checkout. Payments go through iyzico’s hosted checkout, so we never see your card details. An e-arşiv invoice is issued for every payment and sent to the billing e-mail address.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference. You can cancel at any time: the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. A lower plan cannot be switched to in the middle of a period: to move down, cancel and choose the lower plan when the period ends. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: monitors above the new limit are paused, and you pick which ones keep running.
Where is Heimdall sold?
In Türkiye. Prices are in Turkish lira, and invoices are issued under Turkish law. Sales to customers outside Türkiye are not supported yet.
How does the trial work?
Every new organisation can try Team free for 14 days, once, without a card. When the trial ends you choose a plan or continue on Free.
What is a private probe?
A heimdall-probe agent you run in your own network. It monitors internal services and votes in the quorum like a public region. Team includes 1, Business includes 5, and you can add more.
