Cookie Policy

1. In short

Heimdall uses a single cookie, and it is strictly necessary for the service to work. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our pages load no content, fonts or scripts from other sites. That is why we show no cookie banner: strictly necessary cookies need no consent.

2. The cookie we use

heimdall_session — the session cookie. It is set when you sign in to your account and lets us recognise you for the length of the session; it holds nothing but a random session key. It is sent to our server only (HttpOnly), cannot be read by scripts and is not shared with other sites. It is removed when you sign out; if you do not sign out it stops being valid when the session runs out.

The pages you visit without signing in (home, pricing, documentation, legal texts) set no cookie at all.

3. Browser storage

Your language choice (Turkish / English) is kept in your browser's local storage; it stays on your device and is not sent to us.

The app may keep temporary interface state of one tab (a half-filled form, for example) in the browser's session storage; it is gone when you close the tab.

4. Third parties

When you pay you are taken to iyzico's own payment page; the cookies on that page are subject to iyzico's own policy.

The status pages our customers publish use no cookies.

5. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. If you block the session cookie you cannot sign in to your account; the rest of the site keeps working.

6. Changes

If the cookies we use change we update this page, and we ask for your consent before adding a cookie that is not strictly necessary. Questions: contact@warewave.tech.
