Consent for Alert SMS and Calls

Scope

This text covers Heimdall alert SMS and voice calls sent to the mobile number added to a Heimdall user's own profile, about the systems monitored by the organisations that user works in (for example an employer). Nobody can add a number for somebody else; the confirmation page shows which Heimdall login the number was added to. Details are in the KVKK Privacy Notice. The Turkish version of this text prevails.

Statement

I confirm that the phone number the confirmation link was sent to is mine.

I give my explicit consent to Warewave Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi processing this number to send verification codes, to send alert SMS and place voice calls when a monitored system goes down, and to process my SMS replies (ACK, SNOOZE, STOP, etc.), and to transfer it, only for these purposes, to the mobile operators that carry the messages, to its hosting provider (Huawei Cloud, Istanbul, Türkiye) and, inside encrypted database backups, to its backup provider (Amazon Web Services, Stockholm, Sweden).

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw at any time by replying STOP to any Heimdall SMS, or by removing the number in your Heimdall profile. Withdrawal takes effect immediately: SMS and calls to the number stop, for every organisation.

You do not have to accept. If you decline, nothing else is sent to the number; alerts reach you by e-mail and other channels, if any.
