Heimdall is an uptime monitoring service made and run by Warewave in Istanbul.
What Heimdall is
Heimdall checks websites, APIs and servers from three regions (Istanbul, Stockholm and Frankfurt) and opens an incident only when enough of them agree that something is down.
It then alerts the people who are on call, by SMS and phone call from our own GSM gateways as well as by e-mail and chat, and escalates until somebody acknowledges.
Status pages are published as static pages, so they stay up during the outage they report. The service is sold in Türkiye, with prices in Turkish lira.
